Dental Emergencies - If you have a dental emergency or questions after regular office hours, please call 801-566-5577, an on-call member of our staff will assist you.

Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our office is closed on Fridays. Special appointments are available other days/hours by special arrangement. Emergency treatment available as needed.
