What are your hours?
We schedule patients Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and we break for lunch from 1 PM to 2 PM. We are available for other appointment times by special arrangement when significant treatment is planned. We are also available for handling special emergencies at any time we are needed.
Do I need to come early to fill out paperwork?
It is helpful to have you come about ten minutes prior to your first scheduled visit to fill out required paperwork. Your new patient information form is available online and can be copied off and filled out in advance. Be sure to bring it with you when you come.
What insurance do you accept?
We participate in many insurance programs and we help you by filing your claim. Our most recent list of contract companies includes: Aetna PPO and Aetna Access, DMBA, Delta PPO and Delta Premier, Cigna PPO and Cigna Access, Guardian, TDA/Humana, Unicare 300 Series, Educators Mutual Premier and PPO, MetLife, United Concordia, United Health Care, Connection Dental, Select Health, PEHP, DelteMax, TBD 10-90 Credential, Blue Cross. If your insurance is not on that list, call us and inquire if we have added any new contracts. If you think we should participate in yours, just ask us and we will investigate it.
Who helps me with my bill?
Cate Hansen is our insurance and accounts specialist. If she is not available, Rebecca Airhart can assist. Any staff member can get information and have it researched for you.
What are your most common procedures?
We are skilled in examinations, cleanings, and diagnosis and treatment planning. We frequently provide fillings, root canals, crowns, implants and we take out wisdom teeth when necessary. We have an excellent lab and can provide any special services you may need. If we are not able to provide your complex care, we have specialists that we work with who are at the top of their field.
Why should we choose your office?
We strive to make our patients comfortable with the treatment, the cost and the long term result. We work very hard to stay current with the latest advances in dentistry; to provide them in the safest possible way and in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Each patient is important to us.
